A Message from the Venom staff:

At Venom Football, we are truly honored to have the opportunity to work with your child. We recognize the great responsibility that comes with the trust you've placed in us—not only to coach them in the game of football, but also to support their growth as individuals. Our mission goes beyond the field. As outlined in our core principles, we are committed to developing leaders. Our program focuses on three key areas of leadership development:

As a Des Moines Venom player our athletes will understand that wherever they go, they not only represent themselves, but also their family, their community and their football club. Appropriate behavior is expected at all times. Being a leader among your peer groups means avoiding things that don't honor to all they represent.

To further support this mission, we are actively partnering with organizations that can provide valuable opportunities to help our athletes grow in these areas.
